As I suspected, I had quite an interrupted sleep. I woke up three times in excruciating pain. I had to visit the toilet each time to urinate and generally relax.
I'm leaving the POI in for the time being. M's pregnancy, whilst going well, means she does suffer some discomfort and sleeping problems, so I should too.
